Triple-A International League

Buffalo 8, Ottawa 2: The Bisons scored four runs in the fourth and fifth innings to defeat the host Lynx. Outfielder Keith Reed went 4-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI to lead the Lynx (68-73), who outhit Buffalo, 11-6. Buffalo improved to 80-61. The Lynx fell to 68-73.

Double-A Eastern League

Altoona 6, Bowie 2: Rich Thompson went 2-for-5 with two doubles, two runs and an RBI to lead the visiting Curve (73-36) over the Baysox (74-65).

Bowie is a game in front of Altoona for the final playoff spot. Bowie has to win two of the last three from the Curve to secure a berth in the playoffs.

Single-A Carolina League

Lynchburg 8, Frederick 1: The Keys (40-26) scored their lone run in the bottom of the fifth as they lost to the visiting Hillcats (36-31).

Single-A South Atlantic League

Lakewood 7, Delmarva 6: The BlueClaws (30-36) rallied to score two runs in the ninth to beat the visiting Shorebirds (40-26). Hagerstown 8, Lexington 7: The host Suns (27-37) rallied for two runs in the eighth inning to beat the Legends (38-28).

Williamsport 5, Aberdeen 4, 13 inn.
