Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Shooting: A man riding a bicycle was shot just before 6 p.m. yesterday in the 5300 block of Nelson Ave. Police found the victim moments later in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road; he was taken by ambulance to Sinai Hospital. Details were not available.

Southwestern District

Victim identified: Leamon Bullock, 39, of the 600 block of Cator Ave., was named by police yesterday as the man fatally shot Tuesday in the 2300 block of Atlantic Ave., near Morrell Park. No arrest has been made.

Northeastern District

Arrest: Stephen Williams, 22, of the 4300 block of Berger Ave., was arrested Tuesday in the first block of N. Streeper St. by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of first-degree murder. He is accused of fatally shooting Theodore Ross, 21, Aug. 6 in the 3800 block of Cedarhurst Road.

Southeastern District

Burglary: Someone broke through a basement window into Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore in the second block of S. Conkling St. Wednesday and stole video games and accessories valued at $425.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: An intoxicated man entered Chick-Fil-A in the 10100 block of York Road about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday and threatened to kill everyone there with a handgun he said he kept in his truck. The man ordered and was given a sandwich and fries before fleeing on foot. Gregory Johnson, 49, of no fixed address was arrested nearby and charged with robbery and theft.
