Triple-A International League

Rochester 4, Ottawa 1: Winner Boof Bonser (11-8) went six innings and gave up one run on three hits as the host Red Wings (72-62) swept the two-game series. The Lynx (65-69) have lost four in a row.

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 7, Reading 2: Joey Hammond went 3-for-5 to lead the visiting Baysox (70-63). Winner Hayden Penn (7-6) struck out nine. Mike Smith (5-13) gave up seven runs in seven innings for the Phillies (63-70).

Single-A Carolina League

Myrtle Beach 1, Frederick 0, Game 1: Despite pitching seven solid innings, Keys starter James Johnson (11-9) took the loss against the visiting Pelicans. Johnson allowed one run on one hit. Frederick 4, Myrtle Beach 2, Game 2: The Keys (34-24) used a three-run sixth inning to win and split with the Pelicans (25-34).

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown 10, Delmarva 3: The Suns (22-35) jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the second inning and rolled to their second win in a row against the Shorebirds (38-21).

Single-A New York-Penn League

Aberdeen 5, Williamsport 3: The host IronBirds (23-39) won their second in a row as they topped the second-place Crosscutters (35-28).

Rookie Appalachian League

Elizabethton 2, Bluefield 1: Yohan Pino (9-2) tossed his first complete game and recorded a season-high 11 strikeouts for the visiting Twins (45-19).
