Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Arrest: Andre Vaughan of the 3200 block of Ellerslie Ave. was arrested yesterday morning in a house in the 400 block of E. Lorraine Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of first-degree murder. Vaughan, 20, is charged in a warrant with fatally shooting Paul Talley, 18, of the 2600 block of Boone St. about 7 p.m. Aug. 7 while Talley sat in the front passenger seat of a parked Ford Taurus in the 800 block of E. 30th St.

Eastern District

Arrest: Police entered a house in the 1700 block of N. Bradford St. yesterday and arrested Antonio Watts, 17, on a warrant charging him as an adult with attempted murder. He is charged with shooting Leroy Lanteon, 46, on April 20 in the 1600 block of N. Patterson Park Ave.

Northeastern District

Shootings: Two men were shot about 1 a.m. yesterday in the 4800 block of Sinclair Lane. Eghosa Ehigiamusoe, 18, was shot in the upper body and treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Duron Robinson, 20, was wounded multiple times and found four blocks away, lying in the 4700 block of Elison Ave. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Their conditions were not available last night.

Central District

Shooting: Natisha Tanzimore, 23, was listed in critical condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot twice about 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Presstman St. Police said she was shot by a man she knows, as they were involved in a continuing argument, and that he was being sought last night.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Burglary/arrest: A 28-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on South Marlyn Avenue and charged with entering a house in the 1400 block of Galena Road that day and stealing a shop vacuum, microwave oven, power tools and a hand truck. Held at the precinct was Preston Jones of the 600 block of Delaware Ave.

Burglary: Police were seeking two men who stole a purple, 26-inch mountain bicycle valued at $180 from the front yard of a house in the 800 block of Maple Crest Drive on Tuesday. Witnesses told police one man was riding the bike while his accomplice ran beside him.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the Citgo service station in the 1700 block of York Road early Tuesday and stole a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with tags 599396 that was being serviced.

Franklin Precinct

Arson: Someone lit firecrackers and threw them inside a U.S. Postal Service mailbox in the 4900 block of Patterson Ave. about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, setting fire to its contents.
