Ottawa 6, Syracuse 0: Winner Tony Fiore (9-3) combined efforts with relievers Eddy Rodriguez and Aaron Rakers to shut out the SkyChiefs (64-63), holding them to seven hits and one walk. Keith Reed hit an RBI single in the first for the host Lynx (64-63).

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 8, New Britain 6: Simon Pond hit a three-run homer in the fifth inning to lift the host Baysox (66-60) over the Rock Cats (60-66).

Single-A Carolina League

Frederick 7, Myrtle Beach 6: Mario Delgado hit his second extra-inning, game-winning home run in three days, and the visiting Keys (29-21) won their fourth straight, defeating the Pelicans (22-29) in 10 innings.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Lakewood 3, Delmarva 0: The visiting BlueClaws (26-26) extended their winning streak to six, and the Shorebirds (32-19) committed five errors. Asheville 4, Hagerstown 2: The visiting Tourists (25-28) held the Suns (18-31) to four hits and ended Hagerstown's four-game winning streak.

Single-A New York-Penn League

New Jersey 5, Aberdeen 1: The visiting IronBirds (20-37) lost two straight to the Cardinals (28-30).

Rookie Appalachian League

Pulaski 9, Bluefield 2: Winner Rafael Perez (2-1) gave up one hit in three innings for the visiting Blue Jays (30-25). The Orioles (26-30) were held to two runs on seven hits.
