QUOTE OF THE WEEK

"Most of the comedies will have some similarity because most comedy roles are about guys that aren't that bright. Every once in a while you'll get a Sideways, not that I'm doing it." -- Seann William Scott, who plays Bo Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard

The Monitor

Address: www.moviemistakes.com

What's the point? Ever watch a movie and realize that something was wrong?

For instance, in The Wizard of Oz, while on her way to meet the wizard, Dorothy momentarily is wearing black shoes instead of the powerful ruby slippers. Or, during a fight scene in Charlie's Angels, Drew Barrymore breaks character and yells "Lucy," to get the attention of co-star Lucy Liu, whose character is named Alex.

This site points out all the flaws, errors and mess-ups in the movies, and no film is above reproach. It even found nine errors in Citizen Kane.

What to look for: Besides the mistakes, the site also has movie quotes and trivia. There is also a section called "Perfect," which lists movies it could not find fault in.

Visitors can take issue and submit the problems they have found, disclaiming most of the movies in the category.
