Tip of the week: Preparing for interviews

When you go into an interview, remember that you are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you. It has to be a mutually beneficial relationship and a good fit for both of you. Be prepared with questions that are important to you in deciding whether this is the right job or not. Think back to your past experiences and what was positive about them as well as negative. Maybe you once worked for someone who wasn't much of a mentor. If this is important to you, be prepared with questions to make sure your new boss is someone who can give you what you need.
