Vaccination clinics set for city schoolchildren

The Baltimore Health Department will be holding child vaccination clinics throughout the month to help prepare children for the start of the school year.

Immunizations are free, and parents or guardians must accompany their children and bring along their immunization records.

The schedule includes:

Wednesday, Health Department, Druid Health District, 1515 W. North Ave., noon to 4 p.m.

Thursday, Healthy Heart in Housing, 1102 Druid Hill Ave., 10 a.m. to noon.

Saturday, Back to Health Fair, Boys and Girls Club, 1100 E. Fayette St., 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Aug. 22, BCHA Eastern Action Community Center, Dunbar High School, 1400 Orleans St., 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Aug. 23, Health Department, Eastern Health District, 620 N. Caroline St., noon to 4 p.m.

Aug. 24, Health Department, Druid Health District, 1515 W. North Ave., noon to 4 p.m.

Aug. 25, Hispanic Apostolate, 420 S. Broadway, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Aug. 27, First Baptist Church, 5301 Beaufort Ave., noon to 3 p.m.; and People's Church of Baltimore, 230 N. Fulton Ave., 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Aug. 30, Health Department, Eastern Health District, 620 N. Caroline St., noon to 4 p.m.

Aug. 31, Health Department, Druid Health District, 1515 W. North Ave., noon to 4 p.m.
