Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman wearing a pair of boxer shorts over his face and his hair in twisties jumped over the counter at Blue Point Crab House in the 200 block of N. Montford Ave. about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday and fled with $100 from a cash register and six steamed crabs.

Western District

Shootings: Two men, both 25, were walking in the 2300 block of Winchester St. about 2:30 a.m. yesterday when a man shot one of them in both ankles and the other in a shoulder. The man with the shoulder wound drove his companion to Johns Hopkins Hospital and dropped him off outside the emergency room, then drove himself to Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson.

Northeastern District

Arrest: Damon Sutton, 26, was arrested Wednesday in the 5100 block of Denview Way by Warrant Apprehension Task Force officers. He is charged in a warrant with first-degree assault in the shooting of Sharrice Cabbagestalk Aug. 6 outside Sutton's home in the 4000 block of Ardley Ave. Police said Sutton was playing with a handgun when it discharged, wounding the woman in the chest.

Central District

Robbery: Moments after leaving a check-cashing office in the 100 block of N. Howard St. about 1 p.m. Wednesday, a 15-year-old girl was threatened with an unknown weapon and robbed of nearly $300 by a man who had spoken to her earlier.

Eastern District

Domestic assault/arrest: A man and woman were arguing from car to car about their children in the 400 block of N. Chester St. about 1 p.m. Wednesday when he forced her vehicle - with at least one child as a passenger - off the roadway. No injury resulted, but James Blackston, 26, of the 1400 block of Gorsuch Ave. was arrested and charged with domestic assault.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Someone removed two gas cans containing fuel from under a house in the 7300 block of Gephardt Ave. on Wednesday.

Theft: A woman stole a set of knives valued at $140 from a display Wednesday at J.C. Penney at Eastpoint Mall.

Burglary: Power and hand tools, a power washer and an air gun were stolen Wednesday from a shed in the 4100 block of Beachwood Road.

Burglary: A large quantity of beer, other beverages, candy, gum and snacks - all valued at $1,574 - were stolen Wednesday from Corral Inn in the 600 block of 46th St. by intruders who entered through a second-floor window from the roof.
