Work by Harkins prepared county for influx of families

I believe that Harford County has been very well prepared to accommodate an influx of new families.

Due to the prescience of recently-departed County Executive Jim Harkins, I expect that those new families will have no trouble ... in locating homes.

There is a plethora of new housing developments in Harford County that are offering the hospitality of Harford Countians. The "welcome mat" is out here in Harford County! From my own home here in Abingdon, I can walk to five new housing developments.
