Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Theft: A woman was on her way to work about 7:15 a.m. Saturday when she realized she had left a key in the door lock of her home in the 400 block of S. Gilmor St. and returned. Leaving her purse on the front steps, she retrieved the key - while someone stole the purse, which contained a cell phone and credit cards.

Southeastern District

Assault/arrests: During a fight in the Broadway Diner in the 6500 block of Eastern Ave. about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, a 31-year-old man was struck with a cup, plate and chair by two other men and suffered head injuries. Arrested and charged with aggravated assault were Mark Hrubar, 34, of Tampa, Fla., and Sean Muto, 36, of New York.

Stabbing: Two men were arguing in the 3300 block of E. Fayette St. about 6:15 p.m. Friday when one pulled out a folding knife and stabbed the other in the left arm, back, chest and head. The victim, 34, was in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northwestern District

Armed robbery: A gunman ordered a cashier to remove the contents of her register in the garden shop at Home Depot in the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road about 5:25 p.m. Saturday. He fled with about $100.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a woman and two men, one armed with a crowbar, who robbed Tobacco Stop in the 4300 block of Ebenezer Road of an undisclosed sum about 6:10 p.m. Friday.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a 25-year-old man of $300 in the 2900 block of Sollers Point Road about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
