North All-Stars 9, South All-Stars 6: Bowie's Tripper Johnson went 0-for-4 and Scott Rice struck out one and allowed a run in one inning for the visiting South in the Eastern League All-Star Game.

Single-A Carolina League

Frederick 9, Wilmington 2: The Keys (9-6) scored three runs each in the fifth and seventh innings and had 13 hits in a rout of the host Blue Rocks (6-13).

Nate Spears and Brian Bock homered for Frederick.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown idle

Lexington 1, Delmarva 0: In a pitchers' duel, Juan Gutierrez (6-2) struck out five in six scoreless innings as he led the Legends (11-18) over the host Shorebirds (13-6). Carlos Perez (7-6) allowed one run in seven innings.

Staten Island 8, Aberdeen 0: The Yankees (15-5) had 11 hits as they beat the host IronBirds (5-16), who continued to struggle at the plate.
