On June 30, 2005, RONALD WADE Fulton, beloved husband of the late Marion Humphrey Fulton, devoted father of Jo Ann Matthews of Perryville, Md.; Michael Fulton of Columbia, Md.; Rodney Fulton of Bentonville, Ark.; and loving grandfather of Krista Fulton of Boston, Ma.; Marc Matthews of Rochester, Mn. Jeffrey Fulton of Pocatello, Id. ; Carrie Fulton Harrison of Charlotte, N.C.; and Douglas Fulton of Bozeman, Mt.; and great grandfather of Aiden Fulton of Pocatello, Id. Mr. Fulton was born in Ellisville, Illinois on September 19, 1920. He served in the US Navy Seabees during WWII as a medical corpsman in London. Afterwards, he and his wife settled in the Washington, D.C. area. He worked in the food service industry for many years as the Manager of the Macke Vending Company at the University of Maryland, College Park. After Mrs. Fulton's death in 1971, he worked at the Univ. of Md. as the sports equipment manager for 15 years before retiring in 1988 and was awarded honorary membership in the University's "M" club. Mr. Fulton was an avid golfer and fan of the Maryland Terps. Private memorial and Internment.
