24-year-old found fatally shot in apartment

Baltimore County police said today they are investigating the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old woman in Woodlawn last night as a homicide.

Nikkeyi Nicole Davis was found dead inside her apartment just after 10 p.m. in the 2000 block of Woodlawn Drive, at the Clark Manor Apartments, authorities said. Officers went to the victim's address after receiving a call for shots fired.

Davis was found on the floor of her apartment, suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives have no motive or suspects in the killing, police said.
