I just adopted the cutest little black-and-white kitten. Do I need to register her with the county?

THE ANSWER

Yes. All cats and dogs older than 4 months living in the county are required to have licenses. Licenses may be bought at the county's Department of Inspections, Licenses and Permits, which can be reached at 410-313-2455. A fee, current rabies certificate and proof of neutering, if applicable, are required.
