The Columbia Bank has named Dominic Tringali Jr. to be a consumer lender for the Baltimore-Washington region. He will focus on home mortgage origination, refinancing loans and home equity lines of credit.

M&T Bank has appointed Kevin Fluke as a sales manager for residential mortgages in Baltimore. He is responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of mortgage originators for the regional bank.


Ober/Kaler announced the selection of Jay Bernstein, construction practice, and Sanjay M. Shirodkar, securities and general practice, as principals in the Baltimore regional law firm. It also added Eric Radz as an associate in the firm's construction practice.


The Associated: Jewish Community Federation has appointed Adam Rosenberg to be chief of staff. He will manage the strategic business plan, the executive department, foundation relationships, budgeting and work with donors, volunteers and agency presidents and also serve as the liaison to public officials.


Aon Consulting announced that David Johnson, employee benefits practice, and Melissa Burke, communications practice, have joined the Baltimore firm as vice presidents. Both will be based in Baltimore.

Mueller Associates, headquartered in Baltimore, appointed Carl Canatella as a senior electrical engineer. The Johns Hopkins University engineering graduate will direct quality control for electrical engineering services and assist in development of electrical design and specifications standards.


The International Book Bank announced that Fellina O. Nwadike and Gloria L. Blackwell were named to the board of the Baltimore organization. Nwadike is an associate professor at Coppin State University and Blackwell is director of fellowships and grants for the American Association of University Women Educational Foundation.


Century 21 Diana Realty Inc. announced that Keith Phillips and Tom Seato Jr. have joined the staff of the real estate office in Bel Air as sales associates.


CAPTEL appointed Amy L. Biederman vice president of client services for the Washington political fund-raising and marketing firm. Formerly with the Mercury Group, she is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
