Triple-A International League

Toledo 3, Ottawa 2: Alejandro Freire hit a two-run double in the eighth to bring the Lynx (32-30) to within one run, but Craig Dingman earned his third save for the Mud Hens (38-25).

Toledo starter Sean Douglass (9-1), a former Oriole, struck out eight and scattered five hits through 7 1/3 innings for the win.

Ottawa's Brian McNichol (2-3) allowed six hits and two earned runs through five innings and took the loss.

Double-A Eastern League

Trenton 4, Bowie 3: Reliever Ryan Keefer (4-2) gave up a game-winning single to Kevin Thompson in the ninth as the Thunder (33-31) rallied past the visiting Baysox (31-32).

Tripper Johnson had homered in the eighth inning to give Bowie a one-run lead.

Luis Matos, on an injury rehabilitation assignment from the Orioles, led off for the Baysox and went 1-for-4. He flied out to right, lined a single to center, grounded out to third and struck out swinging.

Single-A Carolina League

Winston-Salem 12, Frederick 4: Powered by three home runs off starter James Johnson (5-3), the host Warthogs (35-29) routed the Keys (32-32).

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown 10, Lexington 9: The visiting Suns (38-27) scored twice in the eighth and beat the first-place Legends (40-25).

Hagerstown's Ambiorix Concepcion hit his eighth home run.

Delmarva 10, Lake County 3: Gary Cates went 3-for-4 with a double and RBI to lead the host Shorebirds (29-36) over the Captains (37-28).
