Astros update

Houston has won five in a row after sweeping the Toronto Blue Jays. Scoring continues to be a problem for the Astros, who have totaled the fewest runs in the majors. Jeff Bagwell's shoulder surgery could keep him out for the rest of the season, striking another blow to the offense. The Orioles miss Roger Clemens in this series. His 22 wins are the most against them by any active pitcher. Pettitte is next at 20-4. The Astros have been terrible on the road, posting a 7-23 record. These teams met in the regular season for the first time in 2003, when the Astros swept the Orioles in a three-game series at Minute Maid Park. They rallied late to win the first two games, with Morgan Ensberg hitting a grand slam in the eighth inning of the opener, and ran away with an 11-1 victory in the finale.
