Triple-A International League

Ottawa 9, Durham 4: Bolstered by left fielder Midre Cummings's two home runs, the Lynx (27-25) defeated the visiting Bulls (26-30).

Cummings, who was on the disabled list through Monday, went 5-for-5 and drove in five runs.

Cummings has gone 8-for-13 with three homers and seven RBIs in his past three games. Cummings returned to Ottawa this past week after he broke his finger during spring training with the Orioles.

Rick Bauer (1-3) pitched six innings and struck out three for the win.

Double-A Eastern League

Akron 5, Bowie 3: J.D. Martin (2-0) struck out six and allowed four hits as the Aeros (31-22) beat the visiting Baysox (27-27).

Martin surrendered a home run to Cory Keylor in the fourth. Bowie's offense produced seven hits but left eight runners on base.

Brian Forystek (1-4) allowed six hits and four earned runs in the loss.

Single-A Carolina League

Single-A South Atlantic League

Delmarva 10, Lake County 6: Joshua Noviskey drove in three runs in a six-run eighth inning as the Captains (30-25) rallied to beat the host Shorebirds (25-30).
