Columbus 6, Ottawa 5: Bubba Crosby hit a three-run triple to left to break a 2-2 tie in the fourth inning as the visiting Clippers (29-24) beat the Lynx (26-24). Ramon Nivar went 4-for-5 and scored two runs for the Lynx.

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 2, Reading 1: The visiting Baysox (26-26) scored twice in the fourth inning to down the Phillies (21-32). Winner Eric DuBose (5-4) went 7 2/3 innings, giving up seven hits and one run and striking out six. Chris Ray earned his 12th save.

Single-A Carolina League

Frederick 5, Salem 4: Bryan Bass' run-scoring single in the ninth inning lifted the host Keys (25-28), who took two of three games from the Avalanche (20-33). Tony Neal (3-6) got the win and Jamie Merchant (0-2) took the loss.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown 7, Lakewood 3: Wilson Batista hit a three-run homer in the fifth inning to give the North Division-leading Suns (33-19) the lead for good. Jeff Landing (5-3) got the win and Marcelo Perez picked up his fifth save. Delmarva 4, West Virginia 3: Matt Houston hit an RBI double in the eighth inning to lift the host Shorebirds (25-28) over the Power (16-37).
