PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Aon Consulting announced the appointments of Vicki Winters as vice president in its Inner Harbor Baltimore office and Ed Lucas as vice president of promotions at its Owings Mills office. Also named assistant vice presidents were Cathleen M. Gessner and Karen P. Glenn. Both are assigned to the firm's retirement practice in the Baltimore office.

Carey Sales and Services named Craig Sigismondi president of the Baltimore-based restaurant equipment and supplies house. The Mount St. Joseph graduate joined the firm 17 years ago, while still in high school, as a refrigeration equipment cleaner.

BANKING & FINANCE

K Bank, based in Owings Mills, named Joseph A. Ruth commercial lender and vice president, Karen Fleming as loan officer in the residential lending division and Roger Lamison as loan officer in the renovation lending division.

M&T Bank appointed Jim Browning manager of the bank's Reisterstown office. He is responsible for directing sales and business development as well as daily operations.

HEALTH CARE

Greater Baltimore Medical Center appointed Vincent D. Joseph executive vice president and chief operating officer of the west Towson medical facility. He will oversee hospital operations and work with the medical staff on matters involving patient care and customer/visitor service.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

KLNB Retail named Susan K. Kirn an associate in the Baltimore office. She will assist in the leasing of shopping center space in the Baltimore-Washington and Northern Virginia market.

Liberty Property Trust announced that Lynn L. Berger joined the Columbia offices of the commercial real estate management firm as a senior property manager. She will be the lead property manager for the company's Maryland region.

NONPROFITS

Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation Inc. announced the appointments of Rachel Garbow Monroe as chief operating officer and Nancy Coleman and Stan Goldman as program officers for the Baltimore-based charitable organization.

UTILITIES

Constellation Energy named Irving B. Yoskowitz executive vice president and general counsel for the locally based utilities holding and operating company.

ON THE BOARD

Coventry Health Care Inc. elected Daniel N. Mendelson, president of Washington-based Avalere Health, to the board of directors of the Bethesda-based national managed health care company.

Annapolis Bancorp Inc. elected Walter L. Bennett IV to its BankAnnapolis board of directors. He is president of Skip Bennett Marine Ltd., an Annapolis marina.
