The 8:30 a.m. breakfast meeting will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, 4770 Owings Mills Blvd. in Owings Mills. Tickets are $20 to $25 for chamber members and $30 for nonmembers. For reservations, which are due today, call 410-356-2888.

A public hearing on the project is set for 9 a.m. June 30 in Room 106 of the county's office building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave. in Towson.
