On May 10, 2005 FRANK R., beloved husband of the late Ruth Elizabeth ROTHE (nee Fenwick) and the late Charlotte M. Rothe; devoted father of Stephen Allen Rothe and his wife Joanne and the late Sandra Lee Rothe; brother of the late Roman Rothe of Wisconsin; uncle of Kathleen Reigg of Wisconsin, Karen Osband of Colorado, Dale and Glen Rothe both of Wisconsin; also survived by great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd (beltway exit 26A) on Friday from 1-2 P.M. the funeral hour.
