HAROLD EDWIN BRYANT, devoted and loving father and grandfather, born 17 July 1917 in Fairport, VA, died 26 April 2005 at his home in Catonsville, MD. He was a veteran of WWII and a member of the Dewey Lowman Post of the American Legion in Arbutus. He was also a member of St. Agnes Church in Catonsville and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his three sons, Thomas Bryant of Baltimore, James Bryant of Catonsville and Kenneth Bryant and wife Jennifer of Burtonsville; three loving grandchildren, Jeremy, Daniel and Courtney Bryant; two sisters, Rebha Bryant of Baltimore and Gloria Wilson and husband Earl of Salisbury, sisters-in-law Charlotte J. Bryant of Reedville, VA and Alice D. Bryant of Fairport, VA and eight nephews and nieces and many friends and neighbors. He was predeceased by his loving wife Helen Elizabeth Bryant (nee Bruchey) and son Lawrence Bryant. Also by his brothers Emmitt and Thomas Bryant of Fairport, VA and sisters, Louise Miles and Ruby Hauk of Baltimore. Friends may call at the family owned David J. Weber Funeral Homes, P.A., 5311 Edmondson Avenue on Thursday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Agnes Church on Friday, at 10 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Agnes Hospice, 3421 Benson Avenue, Suite G100, Baltimore, MD 21227.
