A career-high seven goals by Kate McHarg helped Loyola earn a 16-12 win over No. 15 Penn yesterday in women's lacrosse.

It was the first victory for the Greyhounds (4-8) over a ranked opponent since they defeated Delaware on March 10.

After the Quakers (6-7) tied the game at 1, Loyola scored seven straight goals on its way to a 9-4 halftime lead.

Rachel Shuck had three goals and two assists for the Greyhounds to complement McHarg's efforts.
