Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Shooting: Police responding to a shooting in the 3200 block of Carlisle Ave. about 1 a.m. yesterday found Vance Dixon Jr., 19, on the front porch of a house - his feet bound at the ankles with duct tape and bleeding from at least five gunshot wounds to both legs, the chest and an arm. Before he was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Dixon told police he was forced from his van at another location by unknown males, then bound and shot. Police found the van nearby. Dixon was reported in critical condition.

Southern District

Drug arrest: Steven Hunter, 18, of the 500 block of Bowline Road in Severna Park, was stopped for a minor moving violation and charged with driving his 1995 Toyota while under the influence of alcohol on southbound Interstate 95 near Key Highway early Tuesday. Cpl. Corey McKenzie of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police also arrested a passenger, Jennifer Wadsworth, 22, of the 700 block of Southern Hills Drive in Arnold, charging her with drug possession - of 9 grams of hallucinogenic "Mexican magic mushrooms."

Robbery: A 16-year-old boy was robbed of $15 by a gunman in the 800 block of Bethune Road about 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Theft: A 2001 Aprilia motorcycle was stolen Tuesday in the 700 block of Grindall St.

Theft: A laptop computer valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a parked 2000 Volkswagen in the 2000 block of Haines St.

Northern District

Theft: An AM-FM cassette car stereo system valued at $150 was stolen Tuesday from a 1995 Buick LeSabre parked in the 600 block of Woodbourne Ave.

Stolen vehicle: A burgundy 2002 Dodge Ram pickup truck with tags 89G 058 was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Harwood Ave.

Central District

Theft: Thirty CDs valued at $390 were stolen yesterday from a 1997 Ford Explorer parked in the first block of S. Gay St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Vandalism: Someone entered a house under construction in the 5800 block of Hazelwood Ave. on Tuesday and wrote racial slurs on its walls.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Police were seeking two teenage boys who entered a house in the first block of Eiffel Court on Tuesday and removed $300 from under a bedroom mattress.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the 7-Eleven in the 6000 block of Frederick Road of $58 and cigarettes valued at $700 about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.
