Tip of the week: Finding work

When pursuing a particular job, do your homework first. It is easy to get lots of information on prospective employers via the Internet. When writing your cover letter, mention something about the company and how you would fit in and be of value to the company. Once you get the interview, ask questions that reflect your knowledge and understanding of the organization. Once again, explain how hiring you will add value to their company.
