TOMORROW

The Anne Arundel County Council will meet at 7 p.m. to discuss several bills, including raising the minimum contract amount that requires competitive bidding; providing rebates for nonprofit charitable organizations that dispose of waste at county landfills; abolishing licenses for bail bondsmen; and clarifying towing charges. The meeting will be held in the County Council chambers at the Arundel Center, 44 Calvert St., Annapolis.

TUESDAY

The U.S. Postal Service is holding a community meeting at 7 p.m. to discuss the new 21409 ZIP code that will start in the Annapolis area July 1. The meeting will take place at Broadneck High School, 1265 Green Holly Drive, Annapolis.

WEDNESDAY

The Anne Arundel County school board will meet at 7 p.m. to vote on an artificial turf project for Broadneck High, several new high school courses and an employee health care PPO contract. Meetings are held in the school board chambers at the district headquarters, 2644 Riva Road, Annapolis.

THURSDAY
