Salisbury men make it 42 in row

Salisbury cruised to a 14-5 victory over McDaniel in Westminster yesterday, extending the nation's longest men's lacrosse winning streak to 42 games.

The Sea Gulls (13-0), No. 1 in Division III, were paced by Eric Bishop's three goals and assist. Matthew Buschman (Calvert Hall) led the Green Terror (4-6) with two goals.

Salisbury senior goalie Dan Korpon (Severna Park) recorded his 13th win of the year. He entered the game ranked fourth nationally in goals allowed per game and posted 13 saves while facing 35 shots.
