Entered into eternal rest on April 12, 2005, FRANK NEWTON MEACHER JR., husband of Eunice Holladay Meacher. Residence, Charleston, SC. Frank was born in Charleston, SC, October 17, 1923, the son of Frank Newton Meacher, Sr., and Helen Elizabeth Mazyck Meacher. He was a retired Leading Man from the Charleston Naval Shipyard and a member of the Charlestowne Methodist Church. He served in the Navy during WWII and Korea, he was a graduate of Murray Vocational High School and attended the Citadel, and he was a member of the R.S.C.S. and 33rd Degree Mason. Surviving are his wife of Charleston, SC; one daughter, Gayle Meacher Boyd of Charleston, SC; one son, Frank N. Meacher, III of South Lake, TX; one brother, Allan Edward Meacher of Charleston, SC; three grandsons, R. Thomas Bell Jr., Ryan Meacher Bell, and Robert Willis Bell; two granddaughters, Wendy Meacher Smith and Ashley Stuart Meacher; one great-grandson, Jarrod Smith; nephews and nieces, very special constant companion,"Ninkki."Relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meacher are invited to attend the Funeral Services of the former in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Friday, April 15, 2005 at 4 P.M. Interment Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at STUHR's WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Thursday from 6 until 8 P.M.
