Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Shootings: Police were seeking a gunman who shot a man, 22, and a woman, 40, during an argument in the 2800 block of St. Lo Drive near Lake Clifton-Eastern High School about 4:45 p.m. yesterday before speeding away on a bicycle. The man was shot in the neck and the woman in the buttocks, and both were treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Anyone with information was urged to call the district at 410-396-2444.

Central District

Robbery/arrest: Earl Riggins, 39, was walking in the 300 block of N. Paca St. about 9 p.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun and the other a piece of wood, beat him about the face and robbed him of $40. Riggins ran more than a block and reported the attack to Officer Sharee Goode. Seconds later, Riggins' alleged assailants appeared and were arrested by Goode. Charged with armed robbery were Jamsia Jenkins, 18, of the 100 block of Cherry Hill Road and Alphonso Perry, 21, of the 600 block of W. Lexington St.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Someone stole three 23-foot ladders Monday from the rear yard of a house in the 3400 block of Halcyon Road.

Stolen vehicle: While a man worked out at the Jewish Community Center on Gwynnbook Avenue on Monday, someone stole his keys, left the building and drove off in his tan 2002 Toyota van with tags 552752M.
