On April 9, 2005 FRANK STEPHEN INSLEY; beloved husband of Doris Burdette Insley (nee Hargest) "SKI"; loving son of Doris Elliott; loving father of Brian Richard Insley; devoted son-in-law of Earl and Sophie Hargest; brother of Raymond Insley and his wife Pam, Katherine Wehr and her husband Craig and the late William Insley and his wife Marsha; brother-in-law of Julia and Jeff Dumps and family; godfather of William Elliott Insley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends and Baby and Bun Bun. Friends may call at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale), on Monday and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.
