Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Arrest: Wayne Lee, 15, was arrested yesterday at his home in the 3000 block of E. Fayette St. on a warrant charging him as an adult with attempted murder in the shooting of Jasmin Crosby, also 15, of the 200 block of Ballou Court. Lee allegedly was playing with a handgun in a house in the 300 block of Herring Court early Saturday when the weapon discharged, wounding Crosby. Lee fled the scene. Crosby was reported in fair condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery try/shooting: Richard Harris, 30, of Northwest Baltimore was walking in the 100 block of N. Clinton St. about 2:30 a.m. yesterday when a gunman demanded money. When Harris turned to run, the gunman shot him in the arm, chest and back. Harris was reported in serious condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Stabbing: Delmar Freeman, 45, was stabbed in the abdomen about 9:20 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of N. Highland Ave. Freeman suffered a lacerated liver and was reported in serious condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Central District

Robbery: Phillip Jones, 34, was walking in the 800 block of Ducatel St. about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when a gunman robbed him of $30 and a cell phone valued at $200.

Northeastern District

Robbery/arrest: A 16-year-old girl was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged as a juvenile with robbing another girl, also 16, of her cell phone in the 3600 block of Elmley Ave. earlier in the day.

Burglary: Two .38-caliber handguns and jewelry were stolen Saturday from a house in the 5900 block of Wakehurst Way. The guns' serial numbers are 2D68012 and 2D67857.

Southern District

Robbery: A man was walking near his home in the 1200 block of W. Cross St. about 12:15 a.m. Sunday when he was attacked by three young males who struck him in the head and robbed him of $25 in property and cash.

Northwestern District

Assault: A domestic assault warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 40-year-old man who struck his former girlfriend, 30, in the face during an argument at her home in the 4100 block of Fairfax Ave. Sunday afternoon. The woman reported the man then knocked her to the floor. The woman was not injured and the man's name was withheld pending his arrest.

Northern District

Burglary: Police were seeking a known male seen entering Kelmscott Book Shop in the first block of W. 25th St. on Sunday afternoon after breaking glass in the front door. No property was reported missing.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Arrests: Two 14-year-old boys were arrested Saturday moments after they broke into a house in the 7600 block of Babikow Road. Seized from one youth was a .22-caliber handgun. The boys also were charged with breaking into a house in the 6800 block of Bensel Road earlier that day and stealing jewelry. Both were charged as juveniles with burglary and released to the custody of their parents.

Essex Precinct

Assault: Police were seeking a male known as "Boo Boo" who is suspected of shooting at a 16-year-old boy on Compass Road near Glenmar Elementary School about 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The victim was not hit. A .38-caliber shell casing was found nearby.

Woodlawn Precinct

Assault: A man was leaving his house in the first block of Janper Court about 5 a.m. Saturday when one of two men fired a shot at him that missed and struck his front door.

Burglary: DVDs and music videos valued at $1,800 were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 200 block of Southland Road.
