With the 3-cent tolls for commuters on the new Susquehanna bridge in effect since Feb. 1, it is now possible to report that half the citizens of Havre de Grace, Perryville and nearby points are satisfied with the facilities for crossing the river, and the other half are not. - The Sun, April 12, 1941
