On April 4, 2005 H. WILLIAM STUMPF, III "BILLY"; beloved son of the late Bill and Elsie Stumpf; loving brother of Mary Stumpf. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 7 P.M. in the Chapel at Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd., Timonium, MD 21093.
