On April 3, 2005, HEATHER BROOKE TEPPER, passed away due to a rare childhood cancer. She was at home surrounded by her family. Heather battled her disease with courage and determination. Throughout her brief 18 years, Heather touched many hearts with her signature smile, wonderful sense of humor and amazing spirit. She loved her family and friends dearly and made friends of all ages wherever she went. Heather graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 2002, a goal she set for herself, while battling her disease. Heather Brooke was a bright light in many lives and will be missed by so many. She was the beloved daughter of Michelle Tepper and companion Daryl Wagner. She was the devoted sister of Ronnie Tepper, Jr.; loving granddaughter of La Vern and John Gipprich, Tom and Debra Martin and Fred Tepper; caring Goddaughter of Debbie Martin. She was also survived by her father Ronald Tepper and his four children, Jeremy, Matthew, Amanda and Donnie. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Nancy Tepper. The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral Home, P.A., 1 Second Avenue S.W., at Crain Highway, Glen Burnie on Wednesday, from 4 to 9 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, at 10 A.M. in the funeral home chapel. Interment, Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Johns Hopkins Childrens Center-Oncology Ward, 600 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, 21287.
