Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Arrest: Kenneth "Fat Kenny" Abrams was arrested yesterday at the downtown Baltimore City Community College campus by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder. Abrams, 18, of the 2400 block of Lauretta Ave., is charged in a warrant with shooting Perry Hall resident Mark Mears, 45, on Feb. 5 as the victim was driving in the 2000 block of Edmondson Ave.

Northern District

Robbery: A 50-year-old woman was standing in the 4000 block of Falls Road about midnight Tuesday when a man with a knife robbed her of a bottle of clonazepam, a seizure medication.

Stolen vehicle: A black, four-door 2004 Hyundai with tags A091601 was stolen Wednesday in the 400 block of E. 32nd St.

Southern District

Shooting: Kalcie Offer, 19, was standing in the 1500 block of Plum St. about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday when he was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant. His condition at Harbor Hospital was not available.

Southeastern District

Assault: Police were seeking two teenage boys who assaulted a 14-year-old with sticks while trying to rob him Tuesday afternoon in the 2600 block of E. Baltimore St. The teen was treated for minor injuries at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A 9 mm Glock handgun, two rings and a camera - total value $2,000 - were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 5100 block of E. Joppa Road.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: Three boys assaulted a 15-year-old with a baseball bat at Linda and Leeds avenues in Arbutus about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and stole his cell phone and a wallet with cash. He was treated at the Johns Hopkins Children's Center.
