Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Arrest: Members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested Andrew Height at his home in the 2400 block of Ashland Ave. yesterday on a charge of attempted murder. Height, 20, is charged in a warrant with shooting Bernard Cure, 24, on March 15 in the 900 block of N. Wolfe St.

Central District

Robbery: A 23-year-old woman was smoking a cigarette outside a club in the first block of S. Calvert St. about 10 p.m. Monday with several friends when a man struck her in the face with his fist and robbed her of $32, jewelry, a cell phone and a book bag - all valued at more than $700. The woman was not seriously injured.

Theft: A compact disc player and several CDs were stolen Sunday from a 1995 Honda Civic parked in the 800 block of St. Paul St.

Southeastern District

Theft: Power tools valued at $1,255 were stolen Tuesday from a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck at an industrial park in the 4400 block of Eastern Ave.

Southern District

Robbery: Three gunmen robbed a deliveryman for Pizza Time of $175 inside what turned out to be a vacant house in the 2400 block of Seamon Ave. about 4 p.m. Tuesday. During the robbery, two gunmen pressed their weapons against the victim's head while the third man took the money.

Northern District

Theft: An in-dash radio valued at $250 was stolen Tuesday from a 2002 Toyota Corolla parked in the 2400 block of Maryland Ave.

Theft: A handicap placard with number 021043 was stolen Tuesday from a 2003 Nissan Sentra in the 500 block of E. 25th St.

Burglary: A combination CD player/radio valued at $40 was stolen Tuesday from the bedroom of a house in the 3700 block of Greenmount Ave. by someone who entered through a rear window.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Shooting: A 19-year-old man was walking in the 1100 block of Tace Drive about 1 a.m. Tuesday when he was shot in the face with a pellet pistol. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Police said the gunman and an accomplice may have intended to rob the victim.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A refrigerator and generator - both valued at $2,600 - were stolen Tuesday from a house under construction in the 4600 block of Riddle Drive by someone who entered after damaging a sliding glass door. Two homes being built nearby also had break-ins, but no property was stolen.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Police responding to a report early Tuesday of unauthorized people in a room at the Holiday Inn on Ambassador Road found a 17-year-old boy and 20-year-old woman passed out on the floor. Several others fled before police arrived. Charged with burglary and released on her own recognizance was Cierra White, 20, of no fixed address. The youth was charged with burglary, but it was not known if he was being held or released. Nothing was missing from the room.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Copper wire valued at more than $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a building site in the 9500 block of Sidebrook Road.
