The Maryland men's basketball team has been granted a home game in the second round of the National Invitation Tournament to be played Wednesday at Comcast Center.

The Terrapins will face the winner of tomorrow's Davidson-Southwest Missouri State first-round contest. Game time and television information are to be determined.

On Wednesday night, Maryland (17-12) closed the first half with a 24-4 run and pulled away for an 85-72 victory over Oral Roberts in a first-round game before 7,047 in College Park.

Forward Travis Garrison and guard Mike Jones each scored 18 points to lead the Terps, and Garrison also had 11 rebounds.

Will Bowers scored a career-high 14 points and guard Sterling Ledbetter - filling in for the injured John Gilchrist (sprained ankle) - had 10 points, nine rebounds and five assists in his first career start.

Tickets for Wednesday's game are on sale for $25, which includes a parking fee. Parking will be available in most Comcast Center lots, and arriving fans will be directed toward the available lots on game night.
