On March 9, 2005 SUSAN D. CAMPBELL, Esq., Age 50, died very suddenly of diabetic-related heart failure. She died in her sleep in her tranquil waterfront residence on Rocky Point in Essex, MD. She is survived by her partner of 26 years, Kitty Bryant. She is beloved daughter of Marjorie Smith Campbell of Grosse Pointe, MI and Dr. Frederick W. Campbell, Jr. of St. Albans, VT; step-daughter of Margaret Campbell also of St. Albans, VT. Also brother Dr. Frederick W. Campbell, III of Traverse City, MI, William Y. Campbell of Grosse Pointe, MI and Ian Campbell of Williston, VT and four nieces and three nephews. A Celebration of Sue's life will be held on Saturday, March 12 at 10:30 A.M. at The Engineers Club at the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion, 11 W. Mt. Vernon Pl., Baltimore, MD 21201. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Sue's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 800 Wyman Park Dr., Suite 110, Baltimore, MD 21211.
