Blast tonight

Matchup: Philadelphia KiXX (17-12) vs. Blast (12-15)

Site: 1st Mariner Arena

Time: 7:05

Radio: WCBM (680 AM)

Outlook: With 12 games left in the regular season, the Blast is in sixth place, two spots removed from the Major Indoor Soccer League's last qualifying playoff spot. Tonight, the team takes on nemesis Philadelphia, which is one game behind Milwaukee for first place. Last weekend, Philadelphia beat Cleveland, 7-6, and the Blast beat Chicago, 6-5, to break a four-game losing streak. This will be Philadelphia's last regular-season visit to Baltimore. The Blast will be without Denison Cabral, Adilson De Lima and Carlos Garcia, who are out with knee surgeries. D Scott Schweitzer (groin) and F Machel Millwood (groin) are doubtful, as is D Billy Nelson (ankle). F Chile Farias, who missed Sunday's game while sitting out his third red-card suspension, will return.
