Case 5419: Variance, proposed for 909 Autumn View Court, Bel Air, by Robert and Robin Fortney to allow an in-ground swimming pool within the 75-foot natural resource district buffer. Case 5464: Variances proposed for 1701 Bordeaux Court, Fallston, by Vance and Christine Hobbs to allow an addition to maintain an average side yard with the width at one point being less than one-half of the required 15-foot setback (3.3 feet proposed), and a variance to allow an average side yard less than the required 15 feet (9.1 feet proposed).

Case 5465: Variances proposed for 4613 Mercedes Drive, Aberdeen, by KBL Mercedes LLC to allow a sign within a recorded easement and a variance to allow a sign to encroach into the required 8.33-foot front yard setback (4-foot setback proposed). Case 5466: Special exception and variance proposed for 321 and 330 Enfield Road, 393 and 395 Pulaski Highway (Parcel 162, Lots 165, 166, 167 & 168), Joppa, by Coscan Adler Limited Partnership to allow a condominium-apartment development in the B3 District, and variance to allow a condominium/apartment development on less than 5 acres in the B3 District. Case 5467: Variance proposed for 2006 Hillcroft Drive, Forest Hill, by Kenneth Shaw to allow two retaining walls with columns within the county road right of way.
