Riggen; loving mother of Les, Gary and David Riggen; cherished grandmother of four; dear sister of Myrtle, Ella, May, Emma, Joseph, and Leo. Funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue, on Saturday, 10 A.M. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
