Tip of the week

For job applicants who don't understand why they are asked certain questions during a job interview, consider the favorite of a former university professor who often quizzed applicants about what they did for fun. One candidate answered that he got a kick out of kids who like to experiment with things. Once offered the job, he turned out to be one of the best hires the department ever had. Another prospect, unfortunately, blithely responded, "Oh, I really like to drink." And no job offer was made.
