Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Arrest: Members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force yesterday arrested Kevin Davis of the 600 block of Smithson St. on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. Davis, 26, who was arrested in a house in the 1000 block of Leadenhall St., is charged with fatally shooting Bashmir Banks, 25, of the 2800 block of Claybrook Drive the night of Sept. 9 in the 800 block of W. Fayette St. Banks was seated in a car talking to a woman outside when he was shot.

Theft: Several pieces of clothing valued at $1,050 were stolen Sunday from a 2004 Ford truck parked in the 200 block of W. Pratt St.

Western District

Attempted Theft: An employee of N.Y. Deli in the 1200 block of W. Baltimore St. was shoved by a person who tried to steal meat products and money from the shop's cash register at 7:40 p.m. Sunday. The meat was recovered, and no money was taken.

Southeastern District

Stabbing: Police were seeking a man known as "Peatie" in the stabbing Friday morning of Matthew Jones, 38, in the 2200 block of Gough St. Jones was stabbed in the face, chest, shoulder and arms and was in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southwestern District

Stabbing: Timothy Dow, 24, was arguing with another man in the 200 block of Fredhilton Pass about 3:15 a.m. Sunday when he was stabbed in the right arm. Dow was treated at St. Agnes HealthCare and released.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Arrests: Officer Kenneth Farkas was patrolling near Stoney Meadow Court in Timonium about 2 a.m. Sunday when he observed two men in a car acting suspiciously. While interviewing the men, Farkas learned that someone had entered a garage on the court and stolen an organizer valued at $100 from a car. Arrested and charged with burglary were Donte Pindell, 25, of the 2700 block of Riggs Ave. and Jamaal Chase, 24, of the 3000 block of Hanlon Ave., both of Baltimore. The property was recovered.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking three men who robbed a Domino's pizza delivery man of $40, his cell phone and the keys to his car about 11:50 p.m. Saturday in the 6700 block of Haven Oak Rd. Before escaping on foot, one of the men flattened a tire on the victim's car.

Assault/Arrests: Four males were arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday and were being interviewed about shots fired at a 22-year-old man in the 8000 block of Belair Road moments earlier. The victim was not hit.

Essex Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one armed with what appeared to be a toy gun, robbed a Royal Farms in the 9600 block of Pulaski Highway of more than $100 about 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A man armed with a screwdriver robbed Gallo's Clothing in the 900 block of Taylor Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
