Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Drug arrests: Two teenage boys were arrested Saturday afternoon in the 1800 block of W. Pratt St. and charged as juveniles with possession with intent to distribute heroin. Sgt. Allen Adkins and Officer Chris Kazmarek arrested the boys after observing them selling heroin about 12:30 p.m. The officers seized $25 from the boys, and several gel caps of heroin valued at $450 from the tailpipe of a nearby parked car.

Theft from vehicle: A cell phone charger, 80 compact discs and a pair of sunglasses were stolen over the weekend from a 2002 Jeep Cherokee in the 100 block of W. Lee St.

Southeastern District

Arrests: Five females, ages 17 to 34, and two men were arrested about 11 p.m. Saturday near the Korean War Memorial in the 3100 block of Boston St. and charged with soliciting for sex. The men, ages 23 and 22, also were charged with possession of narcotics. Vice Officers Michael Ogle and Dominic Barnes made the arrests.

Arrest: A 25-year-old woman was driving in the 6800 block of Gough St. about 4 p.m. Saturday when her male passenger began assaulting her. She called police on her cell phone. Officers stopped the car in the 6500 block of E. Lombard St. and arrested David W. Powell, 23, of no fixed address, and charged him with assault, and robbing the woman of $360 and the phone.

Northern District

Burglary: Jewelry valued at $1,700 was stolen over the weekend from the bedroom of a house in the 5200 block of Kenilworth Ave.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Officer assaulted/arrest: Officer Reese Andrews was interviewing a couple about a domestic dispute in the woman's house in the 800 block of Jeanette Ave. early Friday when the woman allegedly assaulted him. Andrews arrested Robin Braun, 25, and charged her with assault. When she returned home Saturday afternoon after posting $5,000 bond, she discovered that someone had dented the sides of her car while she was gone, causing $3,000 in damage.

Robbery: A 17-year-old was walking in the 2700 block of Dunwood Road about 2 p.m. Saturday when another male struck him with a bottle and robbed him of more than $200.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, a watch and a water jug filled with quarters were stolen Saturday from a house in the 4300 block of Bedrock Circle.
