On February 11, 2005, FRANCIS O. "SCOTTY" SCOTT of Ellicott City, beloved husband of the late Grace (Webb) and the late Annabelle (Cook) Scott; brother of Mary Jones, Elsie Scott, Rosie Joyce, Leroy Scott, John Scott and the late Catherine Matthews, Carrie Griffin, Robert, Charles, James, Mary Jane, Henry and Vernon Scott. Mr. Scott is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
