Elleanore C. Prichard, 87, homemaker

Elleanore C. Prichard, a homemaker and longtime Towson resident, died of cancer Sunday at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium. She was 87.

Born Elleanore Clark and raised in Philadelphia, she attended the University of Pennsylvania. She was married in 1938 to D. Woodward Prichard, a salesman for Quaker Chemical Co. He died in 1999.

Mrs. Prichard had lived in Towson from 1950 until moving in 1974 to Naples, Fla. Since 1990, she lived in Towson. She enjoyed bridge, golf and travel.

She was a member of Govans Presbyterian Church.

Plans for a memorial service were incomplete yesterday.

She is survived by a son, W. Clark Prichard of Ocean Pines; a daughter, Carol P. MacDougall of Towson; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
