Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Police shooting: A robbery suspect was shot by a district police officer last night and taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The man's identity and condition were not available. About 11 p.m., police said, the officer interrupted a robbery at Bennett Place and Schroeder Street and, joined by others, gave chase and exchanged shots with a gunman. The chase ended in the 700 block of George St., where the man fell wounded.

Arrest: Keah Woodland, 23, was arrested Tuesday outside her home in the 1200 block of McCulloh St. by Warrant Apprehension Task Force officers on two counts of attempted murder. She is charged in warrants with shooting Adonis Johnson, 24, and Frederick Graham, 31, on Jan. 27 in a carryout in the 1300 block of N. Fremont Ave.

Southern District

Arrests: Officers Richard Watts and Robert Burns were questioning two males seated in a car parked in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Ave. early Tuesday when a couple approached and said the males had attempted to rob them at gunpoint moments earlier. Seized from the car was a handgun believed used in the incident. Arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery and a handgun violation were Nicholas Rinehults, 21, of the 100 block of Bonair Ave. in Brooklyn and a 16-year-old Glen Burnie youth charged as a juvenile.

Northern District

Robbery/arrest: A 27-year-old woman was robbed of more than $100 about 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of N. Calvert St. Police arrested a suspect, Alexander Perry Blake, 18, of the 1900 block of E. Lafayette Ave., on an armed robbery charge.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Officer assaulted/arrest: After Officer Christopher Williams stopped what turned out to be a stolen 1995 Jeep Cherokee for a traffic violation on Milford Industrial Road Monday night, the driver sped off and nearly struck him. The Jeep then hit a police car and its two occupants fled, but the passenger was caught. A 15-year-old Essex boy was charged as a juvenile.

Robbery try: A 54-year-old man was walking along Painted Post Road about 9 a.m. Tuesday when two males, one with a handgun, demanded his money. Rather than comply, the man sprayed the gunman in the face with cologne. The robbers fled.

Towson Precinct

Stolen vehicles: A 2004 Cadillac Escalade with tags 420M057 was stolen Tuesday from the driveway of a house in the 11000 block of Falls Road. Left behind was a 2003 Honda sport utility vehicle that had been stolen earlier from a garage in the 900 block of Eastwind Road.
