Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Homicides arrest: Delshawn Harvey of the 4500 block of Parkton St. was arrested Saturday night in the first block of N. Beechfield Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on two counts of murder. Harvey, 25, was charged in warrants with fatally shooting Dondre White, 36, of the 1700 block of N. Wolfe St., and Nathaniel Gwynn, 27, of the 2400 block of Maisel Court, on Nov. 22 as the victims sat in a parked sport utility vehicle in the 2400 block of Hollins Ferry Road. He was held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Stolen vehicle/arrest: Moments after taking a report about a stolen 1994 Ford Taurus from a resident of the 1600 block of Cole St. about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Officer Michael Hobson was driving nearby in the 200 block of S. Gilmor St. when he spotted the car. After the vehicle stopped, the 16-year-old driver was caught by Hobson in a chase on foot and charged as a juvenile with auto theft.

Robbery: A man who implied having a handgun robbed the China Garden restaurant in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St., of an undisclosed sum of money about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Central District

Robbery: A 15-year-old boy was standing at a bus stop in the 1000 block of St. Paul St. about 10 p.m. Sunday when two males, one with a knife, robbed him of a gold nugget ring valued at $40.

Southeastern District

Stolen vehicle: Police were seeking a gray 1990 Volkswagen Jetta with tags MPY 756 that was stolen Sunday in the 6100 block of O'Donnell St.

Northern District

Theft: A man's gold watch, diamond ring, 27-inch gold chain and $150 cash were stolen over the weekend from a 2001 Nissan Altima parked in the 6200 block of The Alameda.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A 61-year-old man was robbed of $250 about noon Sunday in the 4300 block of Pinefield Court by a young man armed with a knife. Arrested less than two hours later at McDonogh and Winands roads and charged with armed robbery was Travis Elleby, 18, a resident of the 4300 block of Pinefield Court. The victim's money was recovered.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: About 2:30 p.m. Sunday, a gunman robbed Raimondi's Florist in the 700 block of Dulaney Valley Road of an undisclosed sum of money.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone stole cash and a large collection of baseball cards over the weekend from a house in the first block of Hall View Court. The loss in cards and cash was put at $2,700.
